Seattle Theaters We Love

With Valentine’s Day coming up this week, we thought what better way to celebrate than to go a theater and enjoy some quality entertainment. Whether you’re watching a movie or a live show, we listed our top 4 theaters we love here in Seattle! We hope you all get an opportunity to check them out.
 
Paramount Theater – 911 Pine St, Seattle, WA 98101
If you’re looking for history, this is the place to be! Originally called the, “Seattle Theatre,” this building was built in 1928 at 9th Avenue and Pine Street located in Downtown Seattle. Paramount Theater has evolved throughout history from it starting out as a place of silent movies and vaudeville to now, where it is considered to be landmark theatre offering many forms of entertainment.
 
Admiral Theater – 2343 California Ave SW, Seattle, WA 98116
One of West Seattle’s landmarks that opened in 1942 in the North Admiral neighborhood, this theater has been through a huge renovation while retaining their historical features which includes underwater murals, ship-like quality themes, and complete sea-horse etched chandeliers. Make sure to take a visit here to experience all of this for yourself!

Cinerama – 2100 4th Ave, Seattle, WA 98121
With its futuristic and retro décor, Cinerama is definitely somewhere you will not leave disappointed! Their theaters project their movies in a three-panel Cinerama which is a process involving an expansive curved screen and three projectors. They also offer multiple formats such as 70mm, 35mm, 3D, and digital formats. So basically, if you’re looking for an optimal viewing experience, make sure to check out Cinerama!
 
 
Central Cinema –1411 21st Ave, Seattle, WA 98122
Who doesn’t love a food and movie combo? I mean, we’re talking a full on dine-in experience while you enjoy some of your favorite films type of combo! Central Cinema has a full menu (plus a great selection of cocktails, wine, and beer) with waiter service and comfy sofa seating. Make sure to check their website for upcoming films and reserve your spot in advanced for your perfect date night, family outing, or a treat to yourself.
