SEIU 775 is a labor union representing more than 45,000 long-term care workers providing quality home care, nursing home care, and residential services in Washington State, Montana, and Alaska.

In 2023, we joined SEIU 775 in Alaska to welcome Alaskan caregivers to the union. This video tells the story of why caregivers in Alaska wanted to unionize, and the joy they felt getting to make that dream a reality.
